Hands Free Operation
For hands free operation, a variable speed drive motor powers the track saw performing perfectly straight cuts, reducing error. Fixed voltage circuitry will not allow the motor to overheat if temporarily stalled. The saw automatically stops at the end of the rail - it will not run off.

Fast and Accurate Speed of Cut
Speed control on the drive motor allows the operator to adjust speed to match material hardness. At maximum speed, a 10 foot slab can be cut in 2-1/2 minutes - equating to 4-feet per minute!

Built In Safety
With drive motor clutch engaged and motor off, the clutch acts as a brake, preventing the saw from moving on the rail system - ideal for transporting. Disengaging the clutch allows for manual operation of the saw. The on/off power switch is triple sealed for safety.

Saw Never Touches Material
The vibration-free Track Master rail system holds the saw 1/4" off the slab, reducing the risk of damage to the material. A suspended system also permits slab cuts, either vertical or horizontal. The built-in maintenance-free rollers on which the saw bracket rides are self-lubricating, no need for grease or oil. Depth of cut is adjustable with the convenient lever at the back of the saw, and the width of cut can be as small as 1/4".

Expanding the System
The track saw system can be extended to meet all your cutting needs. Simply add vacuum cups and track to fit your job requirements, with lengths ranging from 2 ft to 12 ft. The precision aluminum rails are designed with slip-on rail shoes to protect the material surface and rails from scratches. Precision alignment and portability of the Track Master allows a craftsman to perform quality cuts both on the job and in the shop.

No Clamps needed. Perfectly cut slabs or tiles 14" x 14" and larger at the same time! Produce grinding and polishing results with no variance at the outside edge. Minimize the need for grout. Reduce the time consuming process of aligning grout lines and leveling uneven slabs.

Tile Installer
Save time and money by installing multiple rows of material, with flush and level surfaces. With the Track Master, install a 2' x 7' countertop of (14) 12" x 12" tiles in 10 minutes. Use accelerated setting materials without fear of material drying before the tile is in place. Slab cutouts are faster, safer, and easier. Even a full slab can be cut on edge, with proper back-up clamps.

Eliminate hours of time and human error when detailing or profiling slab and tile edges. Track Master can perfectly profile, polish, and set (7) running feet of tile in 30 minutes, as the bracket plate rides the track, ensuring only straight-line movement of the router. The plate is compatible with Porter Cable router models 7518, 7519, 7529, 7536, 7537, 7538 & 7539. GFCI plug must be used when using electrical equipment.

Multi-Module Package
Track Master comes complete with 14 lineal ft. of track, vacuum pump, (4) 3" x 10" vacuum cup assemblies, drive motor, Skil 7-1/4 or 8-1/4 saw, 25-ft. of vacuum and water hose, 25 ft. extension cord, saw and router bracket, connector and gauge plates, and stainless steel hardware.
