Safety
Reflectors are attached to the motor canopy. While the full width fenders
are mounted on hefty steel supports which keep road spray off the mixer
and other vehicles.
The autostop dump wheel is made possible by a special bearing and seal system
from the aviation industry. When you stop rotating the dump wheel it locks
in place, automatically. |
Versatility
IMER's continued research and development efforts have lead to the production
of our false bottom drum design. The false bottom works with the unique
four piece paddles to provide very aggressive mixing action. Use one machine
to make mortar, stucco, grout, and concrete with complete confidence. |

a Minute
Loosen the T-Bolt and the one piece drum can be removed in less than one
minute. |
Reliability
The jig welded box steel frame is very strong and rigid, and includes a
built in work platform, tilt the mixer back, drop the support legs, and
you have a mini batch plant. The frame mounted spare tire in an industry
first. Pick up a nail leaving a jobsite, no problem, swap tires in ten minutes
or less. |
