This impressive bridge saw is not only big in size,
but also provides both the power and the features
usually found in tile saws that are as much as twice
the price. Extra Power and Durability Ideally suited for cutting large format pieces of marble, granite, stone, porcelain and tile, the commanding 2-2/5 HP, 3550 RPM motor of QEP’s 83240, rips up to 40” tile and diagonally cuts up to 28" tile without effort. The heavy-duty cutting assembly glides smoothly on the 6 ball bearings assuring the operator of precision cuts with minimal effort, which translates to getting the job done faster. Easy to Transport Wheels are provided for mobility and the easy leveling legs fold up for storage, which makes placement in your car or truck trouble-free. Other Features The adjustable pivoting rail allows easy miter cuts from 90° - 45° with precision. To assist you in setting the tile’s cutting track, this state-of-the-art tile saw includes a Laser Cutting Guide, designed to project the alignment and travel path of the blade or cutting wheel. All power cords are encapsulated in a protective tube and attached to a flexible rod that keeps it clear of the cutting table while in use. |
